What is a Lash Tint?
Lash tinting is a simple & effective treatment designed to enhance the colour & definition of your natural eyelashes.
At KG Beauty Salon in Whiteparish near Salisbury, we use salon-only professional semi-permanent dye that is carefully applied to the lashes, creating a darker, fuller appearance without the need for daily mascara.
This treatment is ideal for clients with naturally light lashes or anyone who wants a more defined, low-maintenance look.

Tinting works by colouring each lash from root to tip, making lashes appear longer & more noticeable while still looking natural.
What to Expect During the Treatment
Your lashes will be gently cleansed before the tint is applied, & a patch test will have been carried out at least 48 hours prior to the treatment being carried out to ensure no sensitivity or contraindications.
Protective pads are placed under the eyes to protect tint from getting onto the sensitive skin around the eye area & the tint is carefully applied to the top & bottom natural lashes.
The tint is left to develop for a few minutes before being removed, leaving your lashes darker & more defined.
The treatment usually takes around 15–20 minutes.
How Long Does Lash Tinting Last?
Lash tinting typically lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle & aftercare routine.
As your natural lashes shed & new lashes grow, the tint gradually fades.
Aftercare Advice
To maintain the best results:
· Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours
· Avoid rubbing the eyes
· Avoid oil-based products around the eye area
· Use gentle makeup removers
With proper aftercare, your lashes will remain beautifully defined for several weeks.
Lash tinting with other treatments
Lash tinting is often combined with other treatments such as lash lifts or brow tinting to enhance the overall look of the eyes & create beautifully defined lashes and brows.
